Experience Our Creative Therapeutic Wellness Groups

Teens (13-17) are encouraged to join a virtual 6-week creative wellness group program focused on peer connection, identity, navigating school/home, managing stress, and mental health resilience. Each week includes two sessions, different themes/activities, and is led by a board-certified music therapist.

LGBTQIA+-identifying young adults (18-24) are encouraged to join a drop-in style weekly creative wellness group focused on LGBTQIA+ themes, managing minority stress, identity, and transitioning into young adulthood. Each week includes a different activity and is a led by a queer-identifying board-certified music therapist.

Parents of LGBTQIA+ children (young or old) are encouraged to join a drop-in style weekly creative wellness support group focused on navigating the experience of raising LGBTQIA+ children. Managing grief, fostering understanding, and building community with other parents  is at the heart of this non-judgmental space.

College-aged and young adults (18-24) are encouraged to join a weekly creative wellness group focused on evolving 

independence, identity, connection, 

and life pursuits.

The establishment phase of your life can come with new experiences, challenges, and successes. This weekly group provides space to reflect on purpose, priorities, career, family development, and more.
